Reservation

Can I book directly the apartment?

Sure, please use our online booking tool to reserve the desired apartment.

I do not have a credit card, how can I reserve an apartment?

You can reserve your apartment by making a downpayment via bank transfer or PayPal.

Is the credit card charged immediately?

No we only use the credit card details to secure the booking. In case you do not come on the booked day, we charge the credit card with the cancellation fees.

Can I take my pet with me?

Yes this is possible, but please tell us in advance. For pets we charge EUR 10 per day.

Arrival / Departure

At which time can I arrive?

We comply with your travel plans. Please tell us in advance your estimated arrival time and we will be there. If the apartment is not ready because you arrive earlier, then you can deposite your luggage in a seperate storage room.

I plan to arrive very late in the evening, how do I get the keys then?

Please tell us in advance, that you will arrive late. Either we are personally in the office of we deposit the keys in the key box at the reception door for you together with all necessary information. The code for the entrance we give you in advance.

I come by car, where can I park?

Parking on the street is subject to a charge from Monday to Friday (on working days) 9 am till 7 pm. In this period a maximum parking time of 3 hours with a valid parking ticket (EUR6) is possible.

As a guest of the Appartements Ferchergasse we can offer you a garage place for EUR 10 per day or assist you where to find free parking spaces more distant.

What is the easiest way to get from the airport to the Appartements Ferchergasse?

Until when do I have to leave the apartment?

On your departure day, please leave the apartment until 11 a.m. . If the apartment will not be occupied after you, then it is also possible to stay longer. Just ask at the reception.

Can I store my luggage if I have to leave the apartment?

Yes it is possible to store the luggage in a seperate room that can be locked. There you also find a WC and a shower.

Equipment of the apartments

Do you have Internet?

Yes, in all our apartments you have free Internet (WiFi).

Is there a washing machine?

In Ferchergasse 19 we have a washing machine in the ground floor, in apartments 9, F21/7 and F21/18 the machine is in the apartment and in the apartments H03, R02 and R26 there is a machine in the cellar.

I will need a baby bed for my child.

Please let us know in advance and the baby bed will be prepared upon your arrival. There are no extra costs for it.

I do not have a computer, can I borrow one from you?

We do not have a PC to borrow but you can work in the office on the computer during our office hours.

Is there an aircondition?

Aircondition is available in all the apartments in the attic (1,2,3,4). For all the other apartements we can give you a fan.

Is there a dishwasher?

Unfortunatelly not all our apartments have an oven due to its size. Only apartments 1, 7, 8, 9, F21/7 and F21/18 have one.

Is there an elevator?

Yes in all our locations there is an elevator.

Is there a fridge in the apartment?

Yes, all our apartments have a fridge with a small freezer.

Is there a heating?

Yes, all our apartments have a heating where you can control the temperature.

Payment

How are your cancellation policies?

Please have a look at the cancellation policies.

Which credit cards do you accept?

You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and VPay.

Can I pay with cheque/traveller cheques?

Sorry, but we do not accept them.

Can I pay with dollar,...?

Sorry but we do not accept any foreign currency.

Neighbourhood of the apartments

How far are the apartments away from the Inner City (1st district)?

The apartments are located in the 17th district (Hernals) Just around the corner there is the tram 43 which takes you within 15 minutes to the Inner city.

If you would like to go to St Stephens Cathedral, then just take the S 45 get out after one stop at Ottakring and change to the subway U3. This again takes you no more than 20 minutes.

Which shops are there in the neighbourhood?

There are many shops in the near surrounding the best is to have a look at our map of the surrounding

Miscellaneous

Is smoking allowed in the apartments?

No. All of our apartments are non-smoking flats. In apartments 1, 2, R02, H03, R26 and F21/7 there is a terrace / balcony where you can smoke. In Ferchergasse 19 there is also the inner courtyard where we offer you a nice garden furniture to sit.
