We, Stephanie and Christian Rank, are your hosts in the Appartements Ferchergasse<\/a>. We run our apartments personally and with great commitment, so that you don’t just feel accommodated with us, but really welcome. <\/span><\/p>\n

Our aim is to offer you a stay in Vienna that is uncomplicated, pleasant and personal, with open ears for questions, good accessibility and a lot of experience around our apartments and the city.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

What makes Appartements Ferchergasse special from our point of view is the combination of personal service, individually designed apartments and a location that combines suitability for everyday life with a Vienna experience. With us, you live in a classic residential area with good infrastructure, plenty of shopping opportunities, nearby restaurants and very good public transport connections. The proximity to the Vienna Woods also makes the location particularly pleasant. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

How it all began…<\/h2>\n<\/div>

The foundation stone for Appartements Ferchergasse was laid in 1993 when Christian Rank’s parents, Hans and Anna Rohacek, bought the attic at Ferchergasse 19. Over the years, the company has grown step by step and today we can offer you 15 different apartments. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

Stephanie & Christian Rank<\/h2>\n<\/div>

Christian has been part of the business since the beginning and is still closely involved with the day-to-day running of the hotel and the personal care of our guests. I, Stephanie, have been supporting him since 2008 – initially on a part-time basis and full-time since October 2013. Together, we make sure that our guests feel well looked after and can enjoy their stay in Vienna as easily as possible. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

We have also had a travel agency license since 2015. For you as a guest, this means that we can also offer you tourist services such as tickets, events, excursions and other offers relating to your stay. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

With attention to detail and animal support<\/h2>\n<\/div>

Incidentally, our three cats Sammy, Davis and Junior are also part of our everyday life and accompany us with a lot of curiosity when we are looking after our guests. This is also a small part of what makes our hotel so personal. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>
