\"Our<\/p>\n

The 2023 review<\/h2>\n

The year 2023 is almost over and it’s time for our annual review of the year. And of course, we’ll also tell you about our plans for 2024.<\/p>\n

Let’s take a look back at the year 2023.<\/p>\n

Apartments R02, R26 and H03 have been completely renovated. The floor now shines brand new again after it has been sanded down. The old beds were disposed of and replaced with new ones. You now have the flexibility to choose between single beds or a double bed. We have replaced the couch with two comfortable armchairs and a table. And you now have a wardrobe in the anteroom.<\/p>\n

Something we have done in all kitchens, i.e. in all apartments, are the cutlery and kitchen utensils such as sharp knives and the like. And for all those who like to drink large quantities of coffee and tea, all apartments now also have lots of colorful cups.<\/p>\n

At the beginning of December, we received a large delivery of lots of new, beautiful things: Carpets, curtains and beds.<\/p>\n

We have now installed new carpets in apartments 1 to 8. the curtains now decorate apartments 1,2,5,6 and 7. apartment 2 and 3 have new beds, so we have replaced the old ones. We have slightly redesigned the small bedroom in apartment 7. This now offers even more sleeping comfort. Because instead of the double couch, there are now 2 comfortable beds. So you have the flexibility to decide whether you prefer a double bed or two single beds.<\/p>\n

We had both sofa beds in apartment 9 reupholstered. The old fabric was getting a bit long in the tooth.<\/p>\n

The kitchen in apartment F21\/17 has been completely renovated. Here we have completely redone the kitchen and put two bar stools in the kitchen.<\/p>\n

We have also improved the sleeping comfort in apartment F21\/18 and replaced the sofa bed with a bed.<\/p>\n

Our office is also subject to change, and this is not yet complete. The entire wall installation and the desk are already new.
\nWhat’s still to come is a new box next to the desk, so that all the cables are well stowed away. <\/p>\n

We have also done a lot in the house at Ferchergasse 19.
\nThe most visible is the beautiful new entrance door. Less visible, but important, is the lightning protection that has been installed.<\/p>\n

What will we start with in 2024 – plans upon plans<\/h2>\n

And now the plans for 2024. You already know from previous years that they still change over the course of the year, but a few things are already fixed.<\/p>\n

The kitchens will continue to be better equipped with new crockery, new glasses and we are also looking at what new pots and pans we can make here.<\/p>\n

The new heating control system will soon provide more room comfort. This allows you to control the temperature in each room individually.<\/p>\n

We’re still working out a few things, but we won’t reveal them just yet. And yes, the 2024 review will certainly be a lot longer than what is written here in the planning.<\/p>\n
