Experience with Erasmus+ and international projects
Thanks to our own work in the field of international education and Erasmus+ projects, we are familiar not only with the requirements for suitable housing but also with many of the organizational challenges that project managers face.
For eligible projects, we can also provide support beyond just housing, subject to individual arrangements. This includes, for example, finding and coordinating internship placements, helping participants get oriented in Vienna, coordinating with teachers and group leaders, and providing assistance with questions about public transportation and practical arrangements on site.
We’ll discuss with you which tasks we can take on and tailor them to the requirements of each project.

Our apartments are located in Vienna’s 17th district, Hernals, in an established residential neighborhood with shops, restaurants, and good public transportation access.
Trams, rapid transit trains, and buses are just a few minutes’ walk away. This allows your employees and guests to plan their daily commutes flexibly and enjoy their free time in Vienna.
For guests arriving by car, garage parking spaces and electric vehicle charging stations are also available upon advance reservation.
Sustainability Based on Verified Standards
Sustainability is an integral part of our business. The Ferchergasse Apartments have been awarded the Austrian Ecolabel, the EU Ecolabel, and the Green Key.
Our specific measures include, among other things, certified electricity, eco-friendly cleaning products, smart heating programs that take apartment occupancy into account, window sensors that automatically turn off the heating or air conditioning when windows are open, as well as waste separation and electric vehicle charging stations.
