As a guest of the Appartements, Ferchergasse individually styled apartments in various dimensions: from 30sqm to 110sqm wait for you, near the city center. Some also have a private garden or balcony. In addition, we also act as an intermediary for other apartments.

From our location in Hernals, you can easily reach the city center, Schönbrunn Place, and many sights of interest, thanks to the comfortable access of public transportation.

Each apartment is fully furnished and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay in Vienna. Whether your travel purpose, private or business, we have a suitable short-term rental for you from one day on.

If you have restrictions on your mobility – of whatever kind – we ask you to contact us before booking. So we can discuss in advance which options are available.

We also have garage spaces and two e-charging stations; you are welcome to reserve both – regardless of whether you are our guest or not.
