We see disability not only as a condition that arises from personal physical limitations, but also as a variety of barriers that can hinder people.
It is a multifaceted issue that not only affects people with limited mobility, but also encompasses many more, including older people, parents with children and people with temporary disabilities.

It is therefore particularly important to us that you contact us before booking so that we can clarify any questions about your stay and the apartment quickly and specifically.
As we have 15 different apartments in 3 locations, there are various options available.

Abhängig von der Art und Schwere der Einschränkung, stehen unterschiedliche Möglichkeiten zur Verfügung.
Daher ist eine Kommunikation vorab wichtig, um die Verfügbarkeit als auch die Möglichkeiten zu klären. If an assistance dog is traveling with you, it will of course stay with us free of charge.

We are therefore happy to help you plan and organize your stay in Vienna. If you have any other special needs, we will do our best to fulfill them.

On arrival, we will of course be on site to help you with your luggage.

Accessibility is a top priority for future conversions. For example, in the apartments where we still have bathtubs, these will be replaced by showers during the redesign.
