Check-In & Check-Out
We have gathered all the information at our site Location & Arrival so you can find the easiest and fastest way to the apartments. If you have any additional questions please do not hesitate to write us an email.
On your departure day, please leave the apartment until 11 a.m. . If the apartment will not be occupied after you, then it is also possible to stay longer. Just ask us.
Please tell us in advance, that you will arrive late. Either we are personally in the office or we deposit the keys in the key box next to the office door for you together with all necessary information. The code for the entrance we give you in advance.
Parking on the street is chargeable from Monday to Friday (weekdays) from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. .You can park for a maximum of 2 hours with a valid parking ticket.
As a guest of the Appartements Ferchergasse, we can offer you a garage space for EUR 15 per day.
Yes it is possible to store the luggage in a seperate room that can be locked.
We support your travel plans. Please tell us in advance your estimated arrival time and we will be there. If the apartment is not ready because you arrive earlier, then you can deposite your luggage in a seperate storage room.
Your stay
Smoking in all apartments is not allowed in the room or windows.
You are welcome to use the inner courtyard at Ferchergasse 19.
If your apartment has a terrace or balcony, you are welcome to use it. Please consider other house residents and do not smoke directly under the neighbors’ windows.
Equipment of the Apartments
Yes, in all our apartments you have free Internet (WiFi). You can find the login information in your apartment.
In Ferchergasse 19 we have a washing machine in the ground floor, in apartments 9, F21/7, F21/17 and F21/18 the machine is in the apartment. In apartments H03, R02 and R26 there is a machine in the cellar.
Please let us know in advance and the baby bed will be prepared upon your arrival.
We have air conditioning in the apartments on the top floor – Apartments 1,2,3 and 4. We are happy to provide fans for all other apartments
Reservation
You can find our cancellation conditions under the General Terms and Conditions. We also recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
We do not accept foreign currencies. Cash payments can only be made in euros.
No we only use the credit card details to secure the booking. In case you do not come on the booked day, we charge the credit card with the cancellation fees.
You can reserve your apartment by making a downpayment via bank transfer.
Yes, it is possible, but please tell us in advance. For dogs, we charge EUR 15 per day.

Neighbourhood of the apartments
All information about our surroundings can be found on the Location & Arrival page. You are also welcome to contact us if you have any questions about your stay.
The apartments are in the 17th district (Hernals). Just around the corner, there is tram 43, which takes you within 15 minutes to the Inner city.
If you want to go to St Stephen’s Cathedral, take the S 45, get out after one stop at Ottakring, and change to the subway U3. It takes you no more than 20 minutes and you are there.
