Important information for filling out the form:
- Everyone living in the apartment must be included on the guest list.
- If more than 5 people are living in the apartment, please fill out another guest list.
- If you have booked more than one apartment, please complete a separate guest list for each apartment with the people who live there.
- If your fellow traveler is not part of the family (e.g. work colleague, friends, etc.), then these people must fill out their own guest list.
