Yes, we are more on the outskirts, so not directly in the center of the city and its hotspots. But this area has charm and many advantages, as it perfectly combines living in the countryside and yet close to the center. Whereby, the center of Vienna is relative anyway, because in Vienna you can find exciting, impressive, historical, cultural, … places all over the city.

Sunshine, rain, clouds or a bright blue sky. There is a program for every weather in Vienna. Hiking, enjoying the forest, gazing into the distance or rather museums, culture, sightseeing. Everything is possible in Vienna, you can choose anew every day. The 43 streetcar takes you directly to the old town in 15 minutes. Ringstrasse, Rathausplatz, museums, all just a short drive away.
Out into the countryside
And in the other direction? The 43 goes straight into the countryside. 10 minutes and you are in the Vienna Woods. Get out and start hiking, so comfortable, so easy. If you then take the city hiking trail 3, you will come out exactly where you started after 3-4 hours of hiking.
Would you like to walk along the Danube? Feel the fresh pleasure of the water when a light breeze blows? Then take the S45, the express train, and again in 10 minutes you are directly on the Danube Island. And then you can lose yourself in the vastness of the island.
Fancy even more walks in the countryside? There is the Wilhelminenberg with its fantastic view over Vienna and you can enjoy it in style from the terrace of Wilhelminenberg Palace, where there is also a cozy coffee house and restaurant. The route continues through Schwarzenbergpark, Pötzleinsdorfer Schlosspark and the Steinhofgründe, where you can take a leisurely stroll, as many paths are asphalted and no special footwear is required. In the neighborhood
Lots of fresh air is known to make you hungry, so it’s handy that there are plenty of places to stop for refreshments and cozy restaurants waiting for you. Manameierei, Allebeisl, Klee am Hanslteich, Steirerstöckl – just to name a few. Your physical well-being is also catered for directly around the apartments. From traditional Viennese cuisine to a trip to Italy.
