How it all began…
The foundation stone for the Ferchergasse apartments was laid in 1993. In that year, my parents-in-law Hans and Anna Rohacek acquired the attic at Ferchergasse 19.
Over the years, the company has continued to grow by adding more accommodation. Today we can offer you 15 different apartments.
About us
Her son, my husband Christian Rank, has also been there since the beginning. He is responsible for the day-to-day running of the business and for looking after guests personally. I myself have been supporting him since 2008, initially only on a part-time basis, as I was still working in group controlling for an insurance company at the time. Since October 2013, I have also been working full-time for our guests and the apartments.
We have also had a travel agency license since 2015. For you as a guest, this has the advantage that we can offer you tourist services such as tickets, events, excursions and more in our in-house travel agency.
Our three tomcats Sammy, Davis and Junior also actively and curiously support us in looking after our guests.

What makes the Ferchergasse apartments so special in my opinion:
Our family structure and the personal support you receive.
The apartments themselves. Whether you are a family with children, business travelers, backpackers, city travelers or guests simply looking to relax. We have the right apartment for you.
Our surroundings. We are located in a classic residential area, but with an excellent infrastructure. Many shopping facilities, some very good restaurants and coffee houses, ideal public transport connections and the proximity to the Vienna Woods.
Therefore, I cordially invite you to get to know this part of Vienna. I look forward to welcoming you as our guest!
Sincerely, your Stephanie
